Mechanics for the Report

Dear everyone,

We only have two topics for the reports this coming Saturday since one of the pairs asked to be excused due to personal reasons.

If there is any pair among you who is ready to report this coming Saturday, kindly let me know by Friday.

We shall give 4o minutes for each pair, i.e., 20 minutes for each reporter, in order to have time for discussion.

Please note that those who requested for a change in the schedule of their report will be reporting last. Hence, if we go beyond the calendared schedule due to the number of reporters, this would mean an additional meeting.
